So, thanks to Tony, in an interview last year, Allan mentions Don't get sunburnt as being ' the holy Grail among Hollies fans'!!!And he says he has a copy, and he thinks Bobby has a copy too. He says in the interview that he must go and watch it again......teaser😂 I think it's interesting that he labelled it as ' the holy grail'...!?!? It's only here that I have heard that phrase used in discussions about it?🤔

Has anyone noticed that the RITY copy of the three songs from the show on YouTube has been taken down? Maybe something is in the works...
As far as I know, Bobby had a tape of the audio from one of the 1971 concerts, but I thought it was from Singapore? He said they had some kind of deal with Sony who provided their PA system around this time, and he had a new Sony cassette tape recorder and got one of the shows recorded via the control desk but it wasn't of professional quality, obviously.
I think Allan does keep an eye on this forum, I'm pretty sure his son joined officially. It would be wonderful if Allan joined and maybe joined in on some discussions now and then. He did start a Facebook account but doesn't use it much.

Other things have been removed over the years, such as the 'Red Skelton' montage (which included The Hollies) and Gerry and The Pacemakers on 1966's 'Hippodrome' show (almost certainly their first TV performance in colour). It would be wonderful if Allan joined and maybe joined in on some discussions now and then. He did start a Facebook account but doesn't use it much. A certain someone on here might put him off...

If only I knew how to convert a DVD to a MKV or MP4 file? I think many people could do. I can do this ... By the way if you want to share something, share VOB files without converting
