This just popped up on my YouTube feed and I had't seen it before. Any idea as to what show it comes from and if there's any more performances from it?
Also, who thought it would be a good idea to have them play live over the studio recording? It gets a little messy at times, unfortunately.

This TV Clip - a hgreat rare one - it`s from Germany. They played inm a show called"GALA ABEND DER STARS" 1969. The other song they did on this show was "BLOWIN`IN THE WIND" a greatlive version with Orchestration by Paul Kuhn.

Wow I’ve never seen this before! I knew that the original show was live, their recording of ‘Blowin In The Wind’ from this show made it onto an obscure German compilation LP back in 1969. But ‘Sorry Suzanne’ has never surfaced to my knowledge. Sadly it seems that the uploader has tried to sync the studio track over the live take, which doesn’t quite fit. Does anyone have the original audio? I could re-sync the clip with the original audio like I did with the Colour Me Pop performance of ‘Stop! Stop! Stop!’

Yeah this is a newly resurfaced clip. The special from which this derives was screened all over Europe so for many outside of England, this program would have been the first time Terry Sylvester was seen in place of Graham Nash.
I too would be keen to see another version of this without the disc dubbed over the audio. We remain most fortunate that the Germans retained so much of their music television archives unlike in most other places.
It’s really fabulous to see TV appearances still being unearthed for the first time in over 50 years. There are still a few out there.
