Did anyone get the 15 track version of this CD. Did it come with the bonus DVD An Evening With Graham Nash?
What country did the 15 track version come from?

I got the CD + DVD version and also the vinyl LP with the bonus 7" single.

My CD/DVD version on the CD only has 10 tracks. I have seen it advertised with 15 but don't trust the seller as the catalogue number is the same so I can't tell the difference.
I am curious about the 15 track version.

I have tried to search for the 15 track version but find it nowhere. As you know Japan usually adds 1 track.
