The Tony & Bobby Show has booked itself into a 2022 tour already. Assuming the virus will be gone by then is being awfully presumptuous, but then Mike & Micky of The Monkees have a tour set up for this fall. Are these old codgers that hard up for money and applause that they are ready to play to a mask-wearing crowd, damn the consequences?

Not sure if Tony and Bobby are hard up for money, I just think they are doing what they love and they have an audience that is happy to see them. I know if they ever make it back to Australia I’ll be there. As we all know Tony was there when they first started recording, Bobby has done a Ringo, missed the start but joined shortly after. Trouble is when these groups stop, well that’s it, another thing from the past gone. Plus the older you get you like to have some link with the past, plus one last thing is at least the Hollies do still have two very long term members. No different to Queen these days, two original members, new singer, some say its not Queen, others love it. In the end they are still bringing a lot of pleasure to a lot of people, in a crappy world that has to be good. My theory is if you don’t like them, remember them how they were, if you do, enjoy the experience.

What else are they going to do? They're musicians!
I have no interest in seeing them, but if performing makes them happy and keeps them alive. Not everybody works just for the money, Moorlock.
