Thanks for posting this but it really is one of the worst interviews I've ever listened to. She clearly has no clue about the band, is reading a few quick facts off Wikipedia, and it honestly seemed like it was making the ever-calm Allan a bit exasperated at times - deservedly so. Still good to hear from him in these difficult times, I hope the album with Graham and tour can still go ahead at some point and they all get out of this fine.

Sadly, that's been the de facto position of Hollies interviewers for years now: memorize the time period (1963 to 1975), five biggie hits ( Just One Look, Carrie-Anne, He Ain't Heavy, Long Cool Woman, Air That I Breathe) and name-drop Graham Nash and CSN. There! Good to go! Talk about amateur hour! It's infuriating to true Hollies fans, and it's reached the point where I can't be bothered listening anymore, and I'm shocked that anyone can. Talk about a waste of good time!

Probably only going to get worse now, as interviewers get younger and younger and music from the 80s onwards is now the go-to nostalgia thing.
Thanks for the head's up. I hadn't gotten around to listening, and now won't bother. We now have the music; that's good enough for me.
