'Back in 1965, Nash and I shared a bed together in Munich, Germany, more on that in my memoirs, plus a lot of other stories, served cold!' I doubt given what he's said about Elton John it will be that sort of annecdote!

According to Sir Paul The Beatles all slept ON TOP of each other...to keep warm endlessly travelling across Britain in the van back in the days of pre-motorway Britain...! (will that be made a 'big issue' of...... ?)
band members often 'kipped down' together in cramped conditions...normally exhausted after endless travelling umpteen 'moonlit miles' ...so I'd not instantly read too much into provocative remarks like that
while at 'The Hit House' in Munich, Germany back in 1965 young Mr.Sylvester was only too pleased that Clarke & Nash of headline act 'The Hollies' (whom 'The Escorts' were opening for) stepped in to play The Escorts set alongside him & drummer Pete Clarke when two Escorts band members were either unwell or elsewhere... what saddens me is Terry is now coming across more and more as an embittered 'grumpy old has been' forever trying to cling on to Nash's coat tails....
- presumably for 'fame by association' purposes in the USA (??)
does he go on about say Allan, Tony, Bobby...(?) - those who he was at loggerheads with by 1981 when he quit the band (Nash was NEVER on the same scene with Terry during their 'Hollie days' was he...?)
I guess there is no percentage in 'telling all' re the others whom NOBODY (outside the fanbase) in the USA would take any interest in...eh ?
such a shame as Terry was so important a figure in The Hollies history, for him to end up making constant unpleasant 'tweets' re old bandmates/friends...
...while his BIG claim to fame now seems to be forever boasting:
'I was the "Face" of LCW when it was hot...' (despite his not even being on the actual hit recording, that AC sang solo, played guitar on & co-wrote !!)
when once the younger smarter dressed Terry was so positive re everything 'The Hollies', even 'plugging' the hits and albums from before his era - he once spoke very highly of the 'Evolution' album during an interview...
the younger Terry was a real 'plus' for the group - once !
it is all so very sad now.....no wonder the rest of The Hollies - present and past members (possibly excepting Bernie) - all now 'distance' themselves from Terry
IF his memoirs do get published....will it just be a big 'bitch' about his old colleagues ?
- I really hope not, maybe Terry ought to stop and think WHAT music career he'd have had but for The Hollies (& Nash deciding to quit the group in 1968)
Terry was a key Merseybeat second generation beat group figure, he had close links to The Beatles, and has had a fascinating musical career, THAT hopefully will be the focus of any memoirs...but if it's just a nasty vindictive 'bitch' about others & perennial 'boast' about himself & presumably any 'conquests' etc...it will be a big disappointment to me !
