If there's a hell for naughty Hollies fans, I'm gonna be going there... I'm already in that hell! Older members on the earlier incarnation of this forum will remember I often posted send ups of album covers and photos and did some photo stories like what really went on behind the scenes at the HOF ceremony or a BBC news report which had them constantly interviewing the wrong Allan Clarke only to finally find him saying he was happy to be reclusive as he had gotten tired of middle aged Tony Hicks fans pestering him in the supermarket for Tony's number... all sorts of daft pieces which were great fun to do and provided some close to the knuckle laughs! I mentioned Allan's holster that holds nothing in one tweet, which reminded my friend Spev of some fan fiction she and Peeji did back in the old Yahoo forum about "The Mystery of the Mysterious Gunslinger" that she ended up posting on Geocities...she said it went on for about fifty chapters and then ended when they couldn't get away from the fact there was no plot whatsoever.... Beyond my stupid "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Doppelganger" continuing series (because Harry Styles is pretty much an apprentice Allan Clarke), I also tweet weird stuff I find like this: Well, Hollies Hell will probably be more fun anyway, right?

Continuing on the topic of videos, but further down our highway to Hollies Hell, this one was brought to my attention for the first time yesterday. Be warned though, it's particularly *ahem* naughty...π³

I would have thought The Air That I Breathe would have been a more appropriate song for this pair!
Or two songs from the Evolution album - When Your Lights Turned On or The Games We Play!

π²π Where the heck did that originate?!?!π€£ 'Popside', Swedish TV (though it was probably first broadcast as part of a Dutch TV special). I doubt it is originally Dutch. Our television shows were still rather prudish back in 1969. One tv-station (VPRO) had a naked girl reading the newspaper in a new program called Hoepla! in 1967, but the makers faced so much backlash from that that the program was terminated after 3 episodes. The Scandinavian countries were a lot more progressive, where nudity on tv was concerned, so I'm thinking this is actually Swedish. In 1971 the team that made the failed Hoepla! shows started another satirical show, called the Fred HachΓ© show, again with nude people in there, which ran for five episodes under that monicker, and after two name changes ended in April 1975.
