Unfortunately, Amazon USA advised that it is not shipping the paperback to Australia.  This is a surprise as I recently bought some CDs from them, admittedly before the coronavirus pandemic.  It is possible that there may be a change to previous trading arrangements due to the pandemic.

I will now acquire the digital version even though I am not keen on the Kindle or e-readers in general (I do like my iPad though).
