I came across a fan made Graham Nash 2 cd set called Medium Rare A Tribute to the Man and his Poetry. It's supposed to have four tracks from The Fourtones and "Sandy" from the Harry Chapin tribute but it says they were removed. Does anyone have this set with those songs or know where they can be found?

Somewhere in the past I actually heard those tracks by the Fourtones. I thought I had a copy but apparently not. Can't find them.
