as DAFT a reason for a compilation as ever there has been....! but why no; 'Poison Ivy', 'Mr. Moonlight', 'Rockin' Robin', 'Mickey's Monkey', 'Honey and Wine','Lawdy Miss Clawdy','A Taste of Honey', 'Fifi The Flea', 'King Midas in Reverse'(a surprising omission) ,'Mighty Quinn', 'Marigold' /'Gloria Swansong', 'Mad Professor Blyth', ''Delaware Taggert and The Outlaw Boys', 'Mr. Heartbreaker', 'The Day That Curly Billy Shot Down Crazy Sam Magee'(- two names there, another surprise omission !),'Narida','Amazing Grace'(unreleased live version) , 'Peggy Sue Got Married' (two versions), ? ...let me guess, they are due for inclusion on; 'Little Names' - volume two....!

Yes I agree Gee - I can hear the bottom of a barrel being furiously scraped. I studiously avoid all releases by this company, based upon my opinion of their inferior mastering, tape sources and sound quality. I gave their release of their hard to find CD reissue of Allan Clarke's first solo album a bit of a slap in my RC article if I recall correctly! :-)

They did release Hollies Sing Hollies and Out On The Road on CD for the first time (only time in the case of the latter)...so they do deserve some kudos. Then again, the sound was awful... ;-)
